Official Vendor Information
We are registering vendors at this time who will carry/sell the pumpkins.
Next, we sign sponsors.
Then we advertise for The Great Pumpkin Design Contest.
The pumpkins will be delivered the end of September to the vendors.
Pumpkins are ready to be sold to contestants and others after delivery.
 
Every contestant is required to purchase their pumpkin for the design contest from official vendors.  Official vendors will be listed in our advertising and online.  When someone registers for the contest, they will receive name of vendor closest to them.

Benefits as an Official Vendor:

  • New foot traffic for new customers
  • The winner's vendor will receive funds that match the prize of the winner
  • Free advertising (Local radio, city-wide posters, Halloween Guide.  There will be a full 2-page ad in the Halloween Guide for The Great Pumpkin Design Contest.  Your name will be listed as where to get their pumpkins for the contest.  This Guide will be colorful, informative, and fun with lots of tips and facts and other information to make Halloween in their community the most fun!  These guides will be distributed to local grocers and other businesses for easy access to public.
  • Opportunity to add even more revenue in the fall with our line of products (We will have our representative for your area make an appointment to visit your store with products that will help you increase sales during the fall and Winter season that will help with what might be a slow time of year. Also we want to inform you of the community-wide Neighborhood Organic Gardens we would like to partner up with you on for even more revenue for your store).

In addition:
We want a long-term working relationship with you as our vendor because we have a very large annual project starting in spring 2026.  This is our neighborhood organic gardens.  We will direct our members to order from your store for all their tool and product needs for their gardening. 

We will have a local representative come meet with you after the fall event (The Great Pumpkin Design Contest) has been finalized. ​ Our goal is to have as many neighborhoods as possible participating.
Our business/marketing plan will be a big reason why people will want to participate in large numbers.  We are working to shift consumers to small business.

Please participate with us in this smaller event, The Great Pumpkin Design Contest, to start a working relationship with us and us with you.

Our business started 9 years ago.  We have members from all 50-states.  Our goal is to unite people in projects and with plans to bring unity and healing at a time when our country is too divided by hate.   We produce things in sports, holidays, health and fitness, and anything else that is positive, fun, and productive to participate in by the people of each community. 
Become a vendor:​
It is easy to be a participating vendor.
Order your pumpkins and everything else is taken care of.
Hopefully, the winning contestant will be from your business where you receive the matching statewide winning prize of $2,500.  Regardless, you will bring new traffic into your store, make double of what you invested in order, and have increased revenue from the pumpkins and whatever else the people drawn to your store will purchase.
YOUR ORDER:
100 pumpkins with 100% mark up, doubling your money. 
There are 2 different pumpkins in 2-shapes all large sizes.

The average retail price per pound is .75 - $2.
Rounded off suggested retail pricing below:
15 lbs         $20
25 lbs         $25
30 lbs         $30
To make it easy, we suggest you charge a flat $25 for each pumpkin.  This will increase your revenue as well.
We will give you an even number of 3 different sizes in the 2-shapes.
This averages to $10 WS per pumpkin earning you and $25 retail.
Your WS price includes helping us with advertising and other expenses we have worked into The Great Pumpkin Design Contest.  The RETAIL pricing for the costumers is their entry fee for the contest which is purchasing their pumpkin to design from YOU, an official vendor for this contest.

Your minimum order is 100 pumpkins to be the official vendor for the contestants plus the other benefits you receive including advertising.  If you would like to double or triple your order you need to do so at time of ordering.  Simply increase the quantity of your order for payment.

Once you become a Vendor for The Great Pumpkin Design Contest, then the representative for your region will make an appointment to speak to you about how to participate with us on future projects that is much bigger revenue for your business.
 
SPECIAL NOTE:
We have a team of professional designers and event planners who are in the process of planning where we will have Halloween events around the state.  There will be some Halloween festival type events in some cities/towns, a few parades, with The Great Pumpkin Design Contest in every city and town in the state.  
 
Halloween is a great holiday for kicking off a quarter of calendar of great holidays such as Thanksgiving and Christmas and New Year's eve.  Halloween is a billion dollar profit making business in the retail world today.  It is a fun holiday for families at a great time of year when the air is fresh and cool energizing people to come out into the community for various events and gatherings.   
We will get back with our vendors of the pumpkins first when we have our line-up of events planned.  We must get our vendors selected and orders in now though because of the timeline for pumpkin crops.
Your business will have quite a boost from the pumpkin sales and other suggestions we will make to you to increase your sales further.  It starts with the pumpkin sales though because this is the registration fee for community members to enter The Great Pumpkin Design Contest.   They must purchase their pumpkin from ONLY official vendors.
