We practice what we preach. We fund our operations through our members in membership fees, events and products so we are not beholden to any big donors. Our members guide the way!

Refund Policy

We are grassroots so we do not do any refunds. Once you order then purchase is final.
Payment Policy
Accepted Methods of Payment
Credit Card (Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover)
Your credit card will be charged when you place your order.
Shipping Policy
We ship product orders to the shipping address you give us. You will receive an email with tracking #.

Turnaround
All orders are shipped within 8 - 12 weeks of order. (Usually sooner)

Order Tracking
A tracking # will be provided to you once we ship.
Shipping Rates
We have charge a flat fee per product item ordered.

Event or training orders have no shipping costs.
Back Orders
If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
Privacy Policy
This policy covers how we use your personal information. We take your privacy SERIOUSLY and will take all measures to protect your personal information.
