DURATION

3 - 4 hours

PURPOSE

Women wear many different hats in a day.   This is an event where you can just let your hair down, relax and enjoy yourself with tons of other girlfriends!  This is a ton of fun and you will not remember the last time you laughed so hard!  It is also very meaningful and will give you lots of hope for living your best life yet!

As part of your ticket price you will hear a presentation about how to improve your life as a woman.  Women no matter their walk in life all share one thing in common and that is misogyny and sexism that results in many things such as low self esteem, low confidence level, inequality, even abuse whether verbal, emotional, sexual, physical.   We are not victims in the course we offer you for attending this event.  We are victors!

PROGRAM

Program lasts for 12-weeks

You receive a workbook at Laugh Hope Heal event.

Then you begin on an online Women's Program that is supported by;

Work book, Health program, Podcast sessions, Online group therapy, 

​

Seven elements to program;

Element 1     STRONG START

                  Basic instruction and training on how to do the program and get the most from it

Element 2    MENTAL/ PHYSICAL HEALTH

                  Weekly podcast

Element 3    PODCAST SESSIONS 

                  Weekly podcast session with education, homework, guidance and motivation

Element 4    COMMUNITY GROUP THERAPY

                  Online chat room with televised therapist. You have anonymity by participating through

                  social media. 

Element 5    STUDY TIME

                 This will help you expand on what you have heard in Podcast Sessions and Group                            Therapy  to apply teachings to your own personal challenges and solutions

Element 6    ENJOY TIME

                  Me time is very important. People are more interesting and more engaging when they                      have their own interests.   This is a time to renew your spirit and take a break from the                      numerous responsibilities women have in a day.   When you have your ME TIME you                        have more to give of yourself.

RESULTS

This is designed to be the most powerful course you could ever take.  Those around you will begin to see changed in your that attracts them to you. Positive things will begin to come your way.  It will be like you have started a new life or renewed and improved tremendously.  Again, even if you did not know your life needed much improvement if at all.   All women carry wounds because of our culture we liive in and this will open a door to the universe of things you may have never even thought about doing before or adding to your life and to the life of those around you.   Nothing could be more important for you to do for yourself and as a result for those you love.

The results alone are such a huge reward that you will agree once you go through this course that you are so energized, motivated, peaceful, happy, healthy, confident, strong, vibrant, creative, focused that this is more than you had even hoped for.  However, we do have 2 other rewards for you.

#1  Certificate of Accomplishment (This will be something very important to add to your resume' and to inform employers or business associates about.   It will soon be recognized as important of a course as getting a degree in a field that opens more doors for you).
